Cracked rear glass panel, cosmetic damage

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus features a glass back panel that, while stylish, is just as vulnerable to cracking as the front screen. The customer’s device had a large crack running across the back from corner to corner, with some smaller fragments missing near the camera module.
The broken rear glass was removed using controlled heat and specialist tools. A replacement panel was bonded in place and wireless charging functionality confirmed before the device was returned. The repair is backed by our 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
