The MacBook Air A2179 (2020) features Apple’s Retina display — a high-resolution IPS panel that’s noticeably sharper than older MacBook screens. The crack had spread from the pressure point across most of the display, with significant backlight bleed making the machine unusable.
The damaged screen assembly was carefully removed and replaced with a quality unit. Touch response, brightness, colour accuracy, and any dead pixels were all tested before the device was returned to the customer. The repair is backed by our 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
