Heavily cracked AMOLED screen, touch unresponsive across lower half

The customer’s S22 Ultra had a heavily cracked screen with touch completely unresponsive across the lower half of the display. The S Pen slot was undamaged, so a full screen assembly replacement was the right fix.
The damaged screen assembly was carefully removed and replaced with a quality unit. Touch response, brightness, colour accuracy, and any dead pixels were all tested before the device was returned to the customer. The repair is backed by our 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
